How quickly will my order arrive

We dispatch orders the same day or next morning, and most deliveries reach you within 48 hours. You'll get a tracking number as soon as your box of fresh eggs and chicken products leaves the farm.

Delivery charges

We offer free delivery on all orders, whatever the size. If you need your fresh eggs urgently, express delivery is available at checkout.

Shipping outside the UK

We can arrange delivery to selected areas. International orders take longer to arrive, and customers are responsible for any import duties or customs fees.

Order changes

Not quite right? You can return any order within 30 days for a full refund, as long as items are in original, unopened condition and the packaging is sealed.

Returning your order

• Email us to let us know you'd like to return your eggs or other products
• We'll send you a prepaid return label and clear instructions
• Once your items arrive back at the farm, we'll refund you within five working days

Eggs or meat damaged in transit

If your fresh eggs or chicken arrives damaged, let us know immediately and we'll replace it or refund you right away — no fuss.
